Billing and Payment Issues

All billing, subscription management, refunds, and payment disputes are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all StoX-Ray transactions. StoX-Ray does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment details.

For any billing issue, please contact Lemon Squeezy support at lemonsqueezy.com/help. You can also find the original purchase receipt in your inbox for reference.

Response Times

StoX-Ray is operated by a single individual. We aim to respond to general enquiries within a few business days and to privacy requests within 30 days as required by law. During peak periods responses may take longer.
