StoX-Ray takes the holdings you enter and shows your proportional ownership of the underlying businesses — your share of revenue, EBITDA, cash, debt, and other publicly available financial metrics. This information is intended to help you understand the fundamental composition of your portfolio. It is a starting point for your own research, not a substitute for professional financial advice.

Data Accuracy

The fundamental financial data displayed in StoX-Ray is sourced from third-party data providers (including Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep, and others). This data may contain errors, omissions, delays, or discrepancies. Financial figures may reflect different reporting periods, accounting standards (IFRS vs. US GAAP), restated filings, or different definitions of the same metric across providers.

StoX-Ray caches data for performance reasons. The data displayed may not reflect the most recent publicly available information. The operator makes no representation that any data is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any purpose.

User Responsibility

The portfolio holdings analysed by StoX-Ray are entered entirely by you. StoX-Ray does not connect to your brokerage account and does not verify whether your entered positions accurately reflect your actual holdings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for any decisions made based on the output of the Service.

Currency Conversion

Where StoX-Ray displays values in a currency different from a security's reporting or listing currency, the conversion rates used are sourced from third-party providers and cached for up to 24 hours. These rates are approximations and do not reflect real-time interbank rates, mid-market rates, or any rate you would actually achieve in a transaction. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and orientation only — they should not be relied upon for precise valuations, tax reporting, or any other formal purpose.

Past Performance

To the extent that any historical financial figures are shown (such as annual revenue or EBITDA from prior fiscal years), past performance and past financial results are not indicative of future results. Financial markets are inherently uncertain. The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may receive back less than you invested.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law — noting that Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) prohibits the contractual exclusion of liability for intentional wrongdoing (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit) — the operator expressly excludes all other liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from investment decisions made in reliance on data displayed by StoX-Ray.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the operator's total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to the operator in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

By using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these disclaimers or the Terms of Service; or (c) any investment decision you make based on data provided by the Service.
